Looking back at the history of mechanics, Ugears simply couldn't miss such an important and interesting phase as the not so recent 50s. Rockabilly music, plate skirts, bobby socks and of course wonderful luxury cars and convertibles: Feel transported back in time with our new, sophisticated model - the dream convertible VM-05.
In the 1950s, automobiles got a completely new look, with absolutely unique, characteristic designs. The dream convertible VM-05 is a detailed and extraordinarily realistic tribute from Ugears designers and engineers to the automotive industry and its highlights in that decade.
The model is equipped with the traditional rubber motor that triggers the mechanism and drives the car. The Cabriolet can move forwards and backwards. To ensure that you can watch the operation of the wonderful eight-cylinder V engine up close, we have integrated the idle. In this mode, your convertible will not drive and you can look under the hood and admire the beauty of the moving gears. To start your vehicle, pull the steering column switch lever.
The suspension of both the front and rear wheels gives the vehicle a definitely smooth driving style. Use the steering wheel to move the front wheel clutch and steer the dream convertible in the desired direction.
To make the design of this unique model even more realistic, Ugears engineers have added a few key elements that give the automobile an extremely lifelike appearance. We are sure that you will like the window cranks and the working windshield wipers as well as the jack and tool box mounted under the trunk.
Another feature is the mechanisms for opening the trunk lid and bonnet, which give this detailed vintage vehicle additional vibrancy.
Find your favorite radio station with retro music and your dream convertible will take you into the magic of the 50s to experience the best that this decade has to offer.
The dream convertible VM-05 from Ugears consists of sustainably grown, high-quality wood and contains everything you need for assembly. The parts are of first-class quality: To cut them out of a plywood board, a laser method is used that enables precise, hair-precise cuts. The individual parts have to be taken out of the plate and put together to assemble the complete convertible.
Neither glue nor special tools are required to assemble the functioning convertible with self-propulsion.
