Paris Tower

Assemble me. Welcome to Paris!

Croissants at a Left Bank cafe, sitting on the steps of Sacre Coeur, gazing at the Rose Windows in Notre Dame cathedral, taking a boat tour on the Seine, looking at Impressionist art at the Musee d'Orsay…mais oui, we are in gay Par-ee, but nothing quite screams Paris like the Eiffel Tower.

Built for the 1889 World's Fair, and standing 330m tall, Le Tour Eiffel dominates the Paris skyline and was the tallest structure in the world for over forty years. At first derided by leading artists and architectural critics as "monstrous … ridiculous … barbaric … ghastly," the French and the rest of the world soon came to love the graceful tower and the spectacular views it affords over the City of Light. The two bottom public levels feature restaurants, while the top level has a viewing platform. Above that, M. Eiffel maintained a private apartment for many years. Today the Eiffel Tower is the most visited paid monument in the world, hosting about 6 million visitors annually.

The Ugears Paris Tower model, from the World Cities collection, is a 1:1850 scale wooden DIY model of the iconic tower and stands 180 mm high. With 50 pieces made of art-quality composite wood, the Paris Tower is rated "Easy" and can be built in about 25 minutes. You won't need glue or special tools to build the model, just push the pieces out of their laser pre-cut boards and snap them together. Illustrated instructions in 11 languages  (English, German, Ukrainian, French, Polish, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Italian, Chinese and Korean) guide your build. This static 3D puzzle is perfect for display on a shelf or table in your home or office.

The Paris Tower model will appeal to those who dream of travel to the City of Light, Francophiles, fans of iconic architecture, or anyone who wants to build and display a beautiful model of this icon of Paris.
